Welcome to Trueresultz, I am the founder and CEO, my name is Marlon Harris.Trueresultz was created for men, women, and children that are overweight or living a sedentary lifestyle. My Mission statement is "Lets Get Healthier and Fitter Together" . the reason for this statement is I am on the journey with you. We will focus on working out and eating right to help us with our fitness goals.
As i professional trainer my goal is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle.  We will build a custom plan for each individual according to their strengths and limitations to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. In the end my goal is to transform bodies and influence minds to begin to live a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
